Once you book your inspection online, you will receive an email confirming your selected date, time, and desired service(s). Also attached to this email will be your service agreement(s) which can be electronically signed by you,
Not attending or wish to pay in advance of your inspection. We will also send you an email containing your invoice.
If you do not plan on attending the inspection, full payment is due in advance of the inspection, as well as the signing of your service agreement(s). Follow the instructions contained in your emails.
If for any reason you need to cancel your first appointment entirely, you are free to do so with a penalty.
To cancel your inspection in advance of the date, please use the confirmation email you received.
Now, If you cancel your scheduled appointment outside of the free cancellation grace period (2 hours before), but wish to reschedule for another day and time, we require the full fee of the inspection service(s) paid in advance.
To cancel or modify your inspection date or time on the day of your inspection, please give us a call.
By scheduling an appointment with KINGSMEN HOME INSPECTION SERVICES, INC., you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy of KINGSMEN HOME INSPECTION SERVICES, INC. The general cancellation and no-show policy are available on KINGSMEN HOME INSPECTION SERVICES, INC., information pages here, during the reservation procedure, and in the confirmation email.
If you wish to check, adjust, or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions there.
By completing a booking form, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you in advance of your inspection date, providing you with certain information relevant to your inspection services, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your inspection which may contain a link to or PDF file to your report(s).
In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number.
