The Pre – Inspection Agreement
A pre-inspection agreement is typically a 1-2 page document a client will receive before any licensed home inspector performs the services requested at the time of inspection. The Pre – Inspection Agreement covers, the agreed-upon service and applicable fee (s), the scope of the inspection, standards followed, and disclaimers. In New York State, any reputable, licensed, and insured inspector is required to have in his/her possession a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement.
As our client(s) you may e-sign your service agreement after your inspection date and time has been confirmed via email, the email will contain an e-sign link.
We also provide you with another option to e-sign your agreement, as not all cell phones and tablets are compatible with the first option.
